Trace Crossings Elementary School

Scholars Bowl is open to fifth graders interested in a Jeopardy-type quiz competition. Questions will be mostly curriculum-based, with a few pop culture ones included. The format will be similar to what is played at the middle school and  high school level. Students will be divided into teams for intra-school meets; there will not be individual competition, as in a bee; all play is by team. We will not be playing other schools, for other elementary schools—as far as we know—do not have Scholars Bowl teams.

Applications will be made available beginning September 16. Space is limited to 10 students. If more than 10 are interested, each student will complete an assessment to determine the teams.
