The Exceptional Education Preschool Program located at Trace Crossings Elementary is now accepting applications for peer models for the 2025-2026 School Year. Peer models are 3 and 4 year old students who live in Hoover and are eligible to attend the Exceptional Education Preschool Program alongside our students with special needs. Classes are available for 4 year olds on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:30-1:45 and cost $150 per month. Classes for 3 year olds are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-2:30 and cost $100 per month. In order to serve as a peer model, a child must have age appropriate language skills, good social skills, appropriate behavior, and be completely toilet trained (no diapers or pull ups). If you are interested in applying for your child to be a peer model, please complete the online application linked below. Applications will be accepted throughout the month of April 2025. A random selection will be held the first week of May 2025 and parents will be notified via email regarding their child's status for the 2025-2026 school year.
